I received my PhD degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Alcalá, Spain, in 2011. From 2012 to 2015, I was Posdoc and Marie Curie (IEF) at the French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission (CEA) in Grenoble, France. Since 2015 I work as Ramón y Cajal researcher at the University of Alcalá. My main research interests include nanoscience & nanotechnology, III-nitride semiconductors, solar cells, ultrafast lasers, optoelectronics and optical communications.
